This is my friend Deb in her new black wide waistband black jeans from JCP, blue sweater from Consignment store in Spokane, WA called "Fringe and Frey" shout out to them for a beautiful boutique downtown. The white blouse (from JCP) is longer than her short sweater. The hat her longtime friend.
